Dalmatian jasper is the least serious-looking stone we carry — black flecks scattered across creamy beige, which is exactly how it got the name. A star charm suits it. Both the stone and the shape are light-hearted, and the bracelet is honest about being a cheerful thing to wear rather than a solemn one.
The black spots are inclusions of a separate mineral in a pale jasper base, so the scatter is different on every bead and on every bracelet. It is traditionally worn as a grounding stone with an unusually easy temperament — associated with play and steadiness at the same time.
