How do you Charge the Gemstone for Goodness & Positive Manifestation?

Why are there cracks or appearance differences on the natural stones?
As these are 100% Natural gemstones, the marks or cracks testament of their authenticity Some stones may have cavities, vugs or internal fractures and are part of their uniqueness and attractive features.
Can you customise your creation with some specific stones for Individual orders?
We appreciate your keen interest in customization. Although we do not currently provide customization for individual orders, we take pride in our meticulously curated assortment of stones and designs that form our collection.

What are the precautions to be taken while wearing or storing?
Your prized possession can be stored in specially crafted & sustainable Svelandre Pouches or Box after each use. Ensure we keep our jewellery or gemstones away from exposure to chemicals and are cleaned after every use. Refer to our Jewellery care guide.
How do I clean and maintain my gemstone & jewellery?
Cleaning is simple and can be done with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or chemicals that could damage the natural stones. Regular maintenance helps preserve the gemstone & piece beauty. Refer to our Care Guide.

Can I edit my order after it has been placed?
No, you can’t amend your order once placed.
Can I cancel my order before it has been shipped?
Yes, you can cancel it directly from our website until it is shipped from our warehouse, which is within 3- 10 hours after you place your order (not including weekends & holidays). You would not be able to cancel the order unless it is shipped.
Can I return or exchange my order after I have received it?
Yes, though we ensure that our customers like our product and experience, but if you still want to return or exchange an order, we’re happy to help.

What if my product has a manufacturing defect?
Though we take utmost care and give importance to the quality of the product, in the rare unlikely case of any manufacturing defective product, you can exchange it with a fresh product at no cost. Kindly refer to the Return and Exchange policy for guidance.
Do you offer a cash on delivery (COD) option?
Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery across India, though refer to Shipping policy for handling charges for COD orders.

There was a payment failure while placing my order, what should I do?
If the amount has been deducted from your bank account then we would request you to wait for 24 hours as it’s usually credited back to your account. If you do not receive the amount, contact your bank and us on support@svelandre.com with your order number and payment details for further help.
