For orders shipped within India, all prices are inclusive of applicable GST. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Svelandre.com pass to you upon delivery of the items to you (or your nominated recipient). If your package appears tampered with or damaged on arrival, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at Support@svelandre.com.

Effect of Waiver. The failure of IndiTreasures Worldwide to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law; Jurisdiction. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts at Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement. By using this Website or ordering Products, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
International Access & Shipping. We ship to India and to selected international destinations as described in our Shipping Policy. Users who access the Website or place orders from outside India do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their local laws and for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights and obligations under this Agreement to anyone. IndiTreasures Worldwide may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement in its sole discretion.
Termination. IndiTreasures Worldwide reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website if it reasonably believes you have breached any of the terms of this Agreement. Following termination, IndiTreasures Worldwide may, in its sole discretion, cancel any outstanding orders for Products.
