We deliver across India and worldwide through our reliable logistics partners. Each order is carefully packaged to ensure your jewellery and crystals reach you in pristine condition and stay safe in transit.

Shipping Options & Delivery Time (India)

Delivery times exclude Sundays and public holidays. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for India only.

Gift Wrap:

Customers can opt for gift-wrap packaging (₹49) — ideal for gifting to your loved ones. Available for India customers only.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated times are indicative and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or logistics-partner delays.

International Orders — Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside India, any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and are collected by the destination country's customs authority or courier at the time of delivery.

Packaging & Tracking

Every order is sealed in a tamper-proof package. For your security, please do not accept a delivery if the package appears tampered with or damaged, and contact us right away at Support@svelandre.com.

You can track your order easily through our website — Track My Order (in the footer menu, under Support) — and you'll be notified at each step.

Payment Options

Prepaid:

• We accept all major cards — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and Amex. (Diners Club cards are not accepted.)

• Preferred online payment via UPI, wallets, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

• No cash payment is accepted for prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

Available for orders within India.

All prices are inclusive of GST (for orders within India). All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment service provider, Razorpay.
