Return & Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE: 

You may exchange any product with a size variation within 5 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in original good condition.

The exchange request will be processed upon receipt and approval of the exchanged product.

The exchange process will be applicable only once for the original order.

RETURNS:

Products can be returned within 3 days of receipt if they are unused and in good condition.

Refunds to the Original payment method, a processing fee of ₹50 is deducted towards handling and logistics. The balance amount is refunded within 3 - 5 business days after receipt and approval of the returned product. 

Raise the return request at Support@Svelandre.com with the justified reason, upon approval from management the product would be returned.

Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped; poor condition or damage will impact the refund process

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Kindly note that pre-paid orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. 

Raise the Cancellation request at Support@Svelandre.com with the justified reason, upon approval from management the product would be Cancelled

 

DEFECTIVE/WRONG/MISSING PRODUCT:

We accept returns of defective, wrong, or missing products within 5 days of delivery.

In the rare case of a defective, wrong, or missing product, we address the issue at no cost.

For a Wrong, Missing or Defective product claim, a 1-2 min unboxing video is mandatorily required.

If you are facing any defect issues with the Natural stone bracelets within three months of delivery, we are committed to promptly addressing and resolving your concerns from our end.

Note:  Svelandre Wellness products cannot be exchanged or returned. Do contact the Customer Support Centre (CSC) for help in case
